A male college student is going viral online and garnering reactions after receiving a live chicken during an exchange gift at a Christmas party.

As the holiday season approaches, schools and officials have been hosting Christmas parties for the past few weeks. Majority of people work hard to earn money so they can buy gifts and groceries for the upcoming holidays.

Many parents strive to stock their children with essentials and gifts before they attend school Christmas celebrations. An exchange gift is part of these events.

Over the years there have been some students who have given away unique or weird gifs for their exchange gift. Some of them just wanted to bring fun and joy to others.

The Facebook page CTF Bacolod 2.0 shared video footage of a male student surprised after receiving a live chicken during an exchange gift. The video elicited reactions from the online community.

The video shows a student in a blue polo shirt opening his gift in a medium-sized box. However, he was shocked when a live chicken came out of the crate and joined the party.

The quirky gift will bring fun and laughter to the whole class. The student’s classmate was able to catch the chicken.
