(Eagle News) – “Queenie” has weakened to a residual low.

However, according to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, the residual low may bring light to moderate rains over Caraga and Davao Oriental at times.

PAGASA said the low-pressure area has so far been estimated at 420 km east of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur.

It’s moving northwest at 20 km/h.

“This residual low will generally continue to move northwest and may clear over the next 12 hours,” the weather bureau said.
