ITCZ concerns Mindanao: PAGASA

(Eagle News) — The Intertropical Convergence Zone affects Mindanao.

As a result, according to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, Visayas, Mindanao, Palawan, Albay, Sorsogon and Masbate will experience cloudy skies with scattered showers and thunderstorms.

Mindanao will have light to moderate winds and light to moderate coastal waters.
