In case you missed the latest Fire Emblem Warriors game, there’s good news for you. With Black Friday specials now in full swing, the critically acclaimed action-RPG just got a new discount. On Amazon, the game is only $30 for a physical version. If you prefer digital, you can get a code for $35.
Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, a spin-off of Fire Emblem: Three Houses, invades all of Musou territory by putting players in command of familiar characters capable of self-destructing entire armies. Three House heroes like Edelgard, Claude, and Dimitri all have unique battlefield talents, there are multiple storylines to play through, and there’s even a layer of strategy to use to your advantage that fits well with tactical RPG roots of the starting material.
Utilizing Fire Emblem series mechanics like the weapon triangle, character classes, crests, and battalions will help you achieve victory against seemingly overwhelming odds. For more specials, check out our roundup of the best Nintendo Black Friday deals available right now.
“Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes offers perhaps the best opportunity for off-combo chatting through the thousands of enemies the studio has released to date, thanks to its Fire Emblem: Three Houses-inspired in-between-mission content,” wrote Kyle Hilliard in GameSpots Fire Emblem: Three Hopes review. “The result is a faster, more engaging experience than previous Omega Force games, but one that’s still very much a Musou game.”
