Century Properties Group Inc. (CPG) announced on Wednesday that it has expanded its horizontal residential brand, now called Phirst, which will serve various market segments of first-home buyers.
The first middle-income brand development is in Batulao, a horizontal residential project in Nasugbu, Batangas. Adjacent to the existing community of Phirst Park Homes Batulao, Phirst Editions Batulao will be spread over 14 hectares and will house 629 units. It has a projected retail value of P3.1 billion.
“We created the Phirst brand to introduce new home packages at different price points to give buyers more options for owning their first home,” said company president Ricky M. Celis.
The project portfolio will cover segments of social housing with units priced from P580,000, commercial housing with units from P800,000 to 1.7 million, affordable housing with units from P1.7 to 3.2 million and middle income from P3.2 million up P6 million.
“Phirst’s product diversification enables Phirst to participate in providing quality real estate developments to a broad range of first-time buyers looking to celebrate their life milestones by investing in their own home,” said Marco R. Antonio, President and CEO of CPG.
“It is our response to strong demand for diverse suburban housing and will carry the Phirst stamp of quality already trusted by many of our homebuyers,” said Celis.
The project will offer single attached and single detached units and will be available in four models. These are Cartland 54s priced at about 3.5 million pesos; Charles 70, P4.3 million; Christie 90, 5.8 million pesos; and Corin 105, P7 million.
The project lot sizes range from 88 to 132 square meters with floor sizes from 54 to 105 square meters.
In terms of leisure and recreation, the Batulao project will feature a clubhouse and recreation area with hammocks, a bike path, an outdoor cinema, a suspension bridge and a pet park with WiFi coverage.
Phirst Park Homes, which has launched 12 projects to date, will remain an affordable housing brand.
